The technology has really changed the world. I still remember the only games that I play in my younger days on the computer, or what we called, the “coin box game” console is Pacman or Space Invaders. Pacman just involves a Pacman eating up dots along a maze and to finish it before 4 enemies chase you around. Space Invader is just a battle between your spaceship firing against aliens dropping bombs down trying to explode your ship. Today, graphics is so sophisticated that people are so tempted to play activities, the same as the craze evolves in the mid-80’s during Pacman days. The criticsm of playing online game. While it may be true that there a lot of critics against playing online game, the number of people who is actively participating in playing online games just outnumbers the critics. The most common question that still remains is, why do people criticize the ability to play online games? One of the argument is that people facing the computer screen whole day is an isolationist. By that, it means that there is lack of human interaction and this is not healthy, according to critics. Another factor of argument is that it reduces physical activities such as sports outdoor games and will not be healthy for the body. The feeling of playing online games also causes lethargy due to continuous staring

of the eye at the screen the whole day long. True, these arguments are correct but the disadvantages of playing online games, as claimed by the critics, in my opinion, are overboard and not as serious as it seems. Opinions of playing online games. Frankly speaking, in my opinion, it is only a matter of control by the parents to play online games by their children which precedes everything. If the amount of hours spent playing online games is under control, then in fact it is a good thing instead because children may like the technology so much that they might be opting computer as their future career instead. Now, isn’t this a great advantage to the forthcoming career of a young growing kid? Therefore, this comes from the mind of a critic which is of illogical thought and may seems to be blown out of proportion. If someone tries to devalue a certain source of knowledge without weighing the real fact, then one has simply place a limitation on someone’s else opportunity to learn something which is of good value. And this is definitely not a good sign. In conclusion, it is wise, in my opinion, not to deride one’s desire to play online games activities as it does not really brings serious implication to the player. The only thing to be alert is to control the amount of time of playing online games.
