Haemoroid - Recipe to overcome it
By CY Tang>
Continuing my research on haemoroid after that painful incident in my previous blog, I began to research more on haemoroid. Apparently, it does not happens to man alone. Upon checking with one of my friends here, he told me his wife had this too and in fact, it happens to most woman too! So woman readers out there, be careful on what you eat. You have enough pains through delivery period and you don't wanna experience the same ordeal but this time instead of taking out your baby, they are taking out your rectum, don't you? :)

Anyway, what is haemoroid? It is actually a painfully severe burning sensation of your rectum or anus due to sudden pressure during bowel movement. You may have it during normal times and it could be just minor pains. However, due to certain reasons which will be described later, your inbalance body causes stomach irregularity and in the worst case, a portion of the rectum actually protrudes out from the anus. Imagine one nice cauliflower but not that big, of course (!) appearing right down there. The only difference is it is not flowery but painfully unbearable! So what causes haemoroid?

Research on the internet reveals that a few things can cause haemoroid, which I believe is quite true.
a) Stress due to work. If you stress out too much, you will feel both physical and mental disorder and this will have an effect on the body system. The metabolism of the body gets interrupted from the normal routine and distract the whole system.
b) Sitting too much due to nature of work, eg computer programmers.
c) Travelling too much (applicable for me since I drove a lot around Thailand, my nature of work) in your car.
d) Eating hot and spicy food. I tends to put a lot of chilli in whatever I eat, hence heating up the already heated body.
e) Taking your lunch / dinner irregularly, again applies to me due to nature of work again.
f)

Lack of fibre and water in your body. We should drink lots and lots of water to avoid dehydration. Dehydration will cause body disorder and again will cause haemoroid
. g) Weight lifting, I've been told also causes haemoroid. What? ANyway, this was found in the internet and I don't know the justification of this reason or not.

So what is the remedies for haemoroid?

Simple. Well, first of all, avoid all the bad habits as stated in all the above! If you lead a regular life with good habits, exercise a lot and drink lots and lots of water, this will not happen a lot. Anyway, I have here a very good solution for those who happens to be struck by haemoroid, like me. Here goes my secret recipe. And it works too. What you need is:-
a) Green Apple
b) Celery
c) Bitter chord
d) Cucumber
e) Big green chilli pepper, or whatever you call that.
f) Physilium husk

Blend it and mix all these together and drink it before sleep and when you wake up in the morning on an empty stomach. Drink it regularly and later you will notice that you tends to go for toilet movement every morning immediately after drinking, which is good.

You see, all the green stuff contains rich fiber and fiber being undissolvable in your stomach, will wash away all the dirty stuff stuck on your colon all the way. Imagine all these years the amount of stuff stick on to your colon. The diameter of your colon free passage way is all cleared and ready to discharge! On top of that, physillium husk is reach of fibre content and really do assist the clearing of the colon. Try this recipe and it will solve your haemoroid problem.

Of course, it is better to consult your doctor for better advice but in the meantime, I am keeping my anus intact, thank you. Somehow, it feels rather funny that some part of my body is missing if operated.
